Soaking Off - nails soft - recovery time?

Hi there

I've noticed that my natural nails were really soft and awful after taking my L&P extensions off, how long would it be before my natural nails were back to normal?

I find that after a couple of days, with plenty of solar oil applied, nails are back to normal strength.

Hi

Put lots of top coat on too and loaddddddddds of solar oil! I think Nailtiques do a recovery pack or there is toughen up. Cut them short though as mine were weak and the short ones fared a lot better than teh ones i left long.
