Sore, bleeding cuticles

Hiya, I got some new files and stupidly forgot to smooth off the edges before using them :smack: anyway my cuticles are now really sore and bleeding (didn't actually feel it untill i'd finished them), what's the best thing to use on them? just solar oil? They're really stinging :cry:

Just Solar Oil. They will not be stinging by tomorrow if you use it tonight and before bed and then use tomorrow as many times as you want to.
