I have never had any problems with my super pig until this week. The spray is continuous, so not really a splatter, but has small droplets in it rather than an even fine spray. I've taken the gun apart (was told when training that I shouldn't do this and just run hot water through it to clean it). I think the needle has a fine build up of residue as it is brown in colour, however it is hard and will not come off. Has anyone else had this problem or can anyone suggest a cleaner that will dissolve it?

Unfortunately, they don't sell spare parts for this gun and I can't afford a new machine but am panicking as local proms are approaching fast.

Can you just buy a new needle for it, or is it a specialised one only for that gun? Contact the people who you bought it from or the products company, hopefully they can help.

Thanks for the reply - I did speak to the suppliers but they don't do spare parts - have told me NOT to take it apart and said they don't stock parts because the machines are so cheap!

I have found a spare gun and ordered it from Shadez but having done a search on shadez (after I ordered it) am now worried whether or not theya re actually still trading.

Spraytansupermarket sell a cleaning foam - has anyone used this?
