hi all, have been playing about with some old tips, trying to get my stilleto's nice and even (instead of looking like a triangle that a 3 year old has drawn!) and have decided to have a go doing it on my own nails, but my question is, is it better to use a straight or curved file, in long, sweeping upward movements (going towards free edge) or is there a better way of doing them?
thankx for looking! :) xx

Hi, I use curved nail clippers, line them up with the middle of the nail and trim the free edge, then the other side, then all they need is a little file! if you want straight edges use straight nail clippers, this is what I was shown hope it helps x you must have lovley long nails to do this with your natural nail, I'm a bitter:smack:

thank you so much I will try this! I suppose I'm quite lucky as my nails grow VERY fast, and are really long, thanks again :) xx
