Oh no no no, lord almighty I am going to have to learn how to calm my temper because if I ever have a client (even potential) call me DEMANDING things I might just flip my lid and do a lot of damage to my own reputation by losing my cool. Ha! What a snob, I always wonder how much of things people say "so and so said" were really said by the third party, or completely made up in their own mind. Last thing I would EVER do is demand something from someone who messes with a)my food, b)my home, c)my health or d)my vanity! Asking nicely, clarification, being assertive etc. are all fine, but demands are not acceptable! Honestly, who raises these people!?
