hi geeks

i have been reading many posts recently and cant help thinking perhaps i have made the wrong choice with my machine!

i have had the machine since aug and already the hose keeps popping off in mid spraying so im left standing there with just the gun in my hand! i dont think its a major fault but dont expect the machine to go wrong in such a short length of time. i have rang wow products (tantrick) someone was meant to call back but no one has as yet  (perhaps a replacement gun is all that is needed)

am i within my rights to swap the machine for maximist hv5008 or just keep with the t200

would love any advice and if there are any t200 users that are pleased with their machine?

thanks guys

i am sure collin will sort you out pm him
he is mr tantrick and a regular on this site,I am sure he will answer this thread very shortly, If its just the gun poping off it could be a really easy fix:hug:

Do not fear you will hear from wow very soon their customer service is excellent. It is the weekend and he may be roaming the highlands on his bike.
I have the t200 and have no trouble with it.I know there has been a few negatives lately but you have to remember that it is or has been the most popular machine for quite a few years so there are bound to be more complaints about them if more people own them.
Im sure when there are thousands of the newer machines being sold there are obviously going to be faulty ones.
Are you sure you are connecting the right end of the hose. One end is more rigid and should be connected to the machine and the other more flexible end to the gun.I mark my ends with nail varnish because if i do connect wrongly they are a devil to remove,

We have 2 x T200 at our salon that have a lot of use and I wouldn't be without them. They are great machines. Give Tantrick a call and I'm sure your problem will easily be resolved
