Tan gone wrong, advice please!

Hey just looking for some advice!!! We bought a new machine last week and when we have gone to use it it has spluttered the tan on a clients skin... so she looks like she has big freckles all over her!! So embarrassed by this and we need to sort it quickly!!! Any advice on how to will be much appreciated!!!

Hello has the gun got a setting? Where u can have it high or low? This used to happen to me so I turned my gun down to number 1 or two and turned up the pressure on the machine that solved it for me hope this helps x
