Tanning Cards

Hi everyone im a new geek and startin up my own salon very soon, it is going to be mainly tanning with a little beauty as well i need some of them application forms you no with the skin types on if you have moles ect if anyone knows where i can get them would appreciate it alot and also client cards.:lol:
I will probley be asking alot of questions where i am starting out!

Is it for sun bed use or spray tan use ?

You will be able to get the cards from the supplier that you are going to get your tubes from or the sun bed association,
they will give you lots of advise regarding the sun beds, hth
