Tantrick patchy just on legs........what's happened?

I need a little feedback on whether it's something i've done or my client.
I sprayed my client on Saturday with Tantrick 8%.
The tan was perfect, on monday she had a quick bath afterwards she noticed the tan had become very patchy on her legs only as the days have gone on the patchyness has got worse (obviously :hug.
She exfoliated before the tan and didn't apply or wash in moisturised based products.
She does suffer from eczema and there is a slight flare up on her legs at the moment, it was very slight not thick broken skin just a little dry.
I've got her booked in next week and she has recommended a couple of friends i would like to work out what went wrong and make sure she is happy with her next tanning experience.

How soon after the tan did she shower? If she showered before 5 hours then thats the problem!
It could be the eczema, I dont think the problem is with you as you said it looked fine when you had sprayed them.

It will be the eczema hun no matter how slight,
eczema clients need to moisturise twice a day with a spray tan to keep it looking even nice and even,
the more she moisturises the better results she will get, hth

She had her tan on Saturday midday and showered Sunday morning.

I also advised her to shower not bath.

Yes love tell her to moisturise twice a day and your right a shower is much better than a bath when you have had a tan,

just a though but if she had a bath before her tan (instead of a shower) as she has stood up to get out of the bath all the soap scum and oils or what ever she had used would have clung to her legs,
then as she has dried herself with the towel it would have left remnants behind on her legs which may have caused the patchiness,
(we have to be mini sherlock holmes at times lol)
