Teenagers and Nails

I just wondered ...How old do teenagers have to be before they can have acrylic nails?

If they are under 16 you need their parents consent for your insurance to cover you,
but check with your own insurance provider as they all have different rules, hth :hug:

this is a bit of a grey area tbh....this has come up a few times previously with very mixed responses.

it depends on how comfortable you are as well doing nails on a teenager

a few people will only do nails on over 18's, a few will only do under 16's for special occassions like proms. some people think that under 16's arent responsible enough to be able to look after nail enhancements.

im sure ive read that some insurance companies say that anyone under 18 can still sue up to 3 years after their 18th birthday...dont hold me to that though!!

I would check your insurance first to be on the safe side.Id say the age of 16 also, but if ok with parents and insurance then you may continue.Its better to be safe then sorry.x
