Well I'm now on week 3 although overall I have missed about 3 days back to it tonight I had two days of level 2 but finding it very hard so I'm going to alternate between one and two for a while until I can manage it, realise I have no upper body strength!! The first week I lost 3 and half pounds so I was delighted but the second only a pound even though I worked really hard doing 20 mins of cross-training aswell so a little disheartened! In saying that I have noticed my arms toning up a bit so that's good! Definitely back to it this evening
