Managed to do photo this is it in current state! X

The replacement was cheaper than a log cabin or rent for 6 months so we thought it was a better investment X

I am thinking of changing our garage into a beauty room or having a purpose built room in the garden. I don't fancy having to pay business tax for it. I was thinking of getting planning permission and making it a dual use room. How do you ladies get around it, or do you just pay business tax for that part of the house?

Depends on your individual councils requirements. Because ours was just smaller than the minimum dimensions for planning permission none was required. Also my council don't charge business rates as it can also be used for domestic purposes.
