I have just purchased the above but it seems quite dry and rough on skin am I doing something wrong with it? Xx

I need to call Tibby Oliver about this too, not sure how its to be used either and no instructions, it feels pretty course, unlike any other exfoliator I have used before !

Break it down in the palm with a little warm water..a little goes a VERY long way HTH
