Toner

Need help. I usually use a 12.0 on a client but she wanted it white so i used the 'ice blonde' swarzkopf toner but now hates it white/silver, am i ok to put the 12.0 back on or a 10.0 maybe to take it back a golden tone?

9.5/5 with 3% should take you back gold

o good right ok, rarely work with toners so nice to get the help.would u say a time or just keep an eye on it?

20 mins should do the trick. She could then use the Blondeme warm shampoo to keep the gold in afterwards.
