trainees & insurance

hi i ve been asked if i take on trainees, the college say you pay them £80 per week so what i want to know is

1) will i need another insurance, im going to get babtac for3 staff will this be ok

2) what do you have them doing. she is training in level2 beauty very eager and interested to learn.
