if I was to train in say hollywood lashes (eg only) would I then be qualified to use other brands of eyelash extensions? or would I only be able to offer hollywood lashes?

thanks
claire

I think most companies will allow you to use their brands if you send a copy of your certificate. hth x

Yes most companies wont have a problem if you buy their products, but part of training is also learning to use the products properly to get the best result of the lash extensions and make them last as long as possible with a "perfect" bond, so if you are already thinking of potentially changing brands why not have a look around first and train with the company who's products you want to use also because that will save you time and hassle in the long run?

Hi, most companies will let you buy their products but there are a few that wont. Best to go with the company you beleive in to start with. x

Very smart .. best to get things right from the start.

I can recommend Nouveau Lashes; both training and products are tip top. Their trainers are just so darned good at what they do, and that is always the best way to start and to go on IMO.

Nouveau Lashes, lash extensions, eyelash extensions, semi permanent lash extensions

Hi Claire,
asking this question on this site is a good starting point however you will of course get personal preference responses which whilst good doesn't mean your in sink with those views and that those brands praised so highly are good for your local area.E. what you can get away with in Chelsea high street isn't necessarily the same as what you can get away with and charge on Romford high street or a back alley in Bradford.

Hit the search button top right of the screen, also ring around the different brands out there and get a feel for how you are dealt with, look at set up costs, ongoing supply costs, are you tied into spending a specific amount each year with that supplier and last but not least check around your local area and see what other therapists are using...avoid using the same as this invariably leads to a price war and if you can go upmarket from local competitors...it might take a bit longer to get things moving but when it does you will be endlessly grateful

HTH
