Training at Sallys?

Has anyone done any Nail Training with Sallys? I poped in there at the weekend just for a nose around and they had Nail Training advertised.

Wondered if any one on here could rate it. Im having some problems with my EN course and im in need of some tutor help. Everywhere else seems too far for me to travel at the moment with my husband being away in Iraq, and this is only down the road from me. xx

I did my training at my locals Sallys, but it was a star nails course.
For me it was the right place at the right time and once I had qualified I was then able to go and do a conversion day with Creative.
Perhaps you could do the same when the time is right and you can go further afield to train.
My tutor was lovely and always there when I needed any advice

OMG i can go from star nails to creative conversion did i read you right? That would be excellent because i could book with Creative when hubby gets home at christmas xx

It might be worth checking which system they are teaching. My local Sally's trains in Mercia, and I wouldn't know if that would then enable you to do a creative conversion. Just thought it may be worth double checking x

I think you have to be in the industry at least 6 months before you can do a conversion course with creative. But thats what I did.

Yes it wouldnt be until next year anyway. Husband wouldnt be happy if i ran off on a nail course as soon has he came home. :green:

Thanks for the other reply, i will double check to see which system is being trained but im pretty sure when i was looking at the training kits they were Mercia.
