Hi geeks.

I'm looking to buy a new training head so that I can practise hair up!
I keep looking at the ones that are 100% real hair. Is this really necessary? They are so expensive and can't really justify spending £60-£80 on a head. I have found some that are 80% real hair, but I'm wondering if I can use tongs irons etc on these?
With prom season coming up I really need to get my but into gear and start playing!
Also what length would u recomend?

Hi I'd go for real if you want to practice colour-bit otherwise you should be ok with a mixed-I'd call the supplier or drop then an email to be sure x

Hi if you buy a training head from a reputable supplier they will come with what temperatures the hair can withstand, some part synthetic heads are great just for practicing and for hair up and can withstand good temperatures with heated tools, just check with the supplier first,
Good Luck x

I have ordered one that is 80% real hair so we will see how that turns out!
