Training to be a hair extension trainer

I have been qualified with balmain for approx 10 years and have done various updates and new method training i am wanting to teach people i am already level 3 in hairdressing does anyone know what i would have to do?
I have looked into the habia courses but they are very expensive is it necessary to be qualified to hair extensions 3? can anyone advise as its alot of cash to lay out if its not necessary.

i hav been reading through the course criteria and there is nothing in there that i don't already know and it seems like i would just be paying out for a certificate not any more knowledge which i really begrudge
