I have a la beeby one. It's black with purple piping and zips up asymmetrically.
I think if you are buying them for staff? Then make sure they come in a wide variety of sizes and imo zip is easiest and comfiest.

Florence Roby every time for me. They just never wear out and they wash beautifully. They are a bit more expensive than some but worth every single penny. HTH :Love:

I have a peplum plum Simon Jersey. Never had a problem with it although they do fade a wee bit over time.
