Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on dealing with an unhappy client. In years past complaints appeared very legitimate and followed with a client asking for a redo or even their money back, today just seems like there is a trend out there that people are scamming the system to get away with free services. It becomes more and more difficult to comp services when you look at the person and cant see one thing wrong with the service performed.
Am I just over reading this or is the same things happening to everyone? And what can you do to stop this
