Urgent help needed!!!! Cluster lashes

Hi guys,

Please can someone give me some advise? Ive just had a lady ring who has had a set of cluster lashes on today (had a set last week but they all fell off in a day!:irked And she has just rung me and said a few lashes on the corner have stuck together and are hanging down and her eyelid is bleeding!! She said it was because the glue was on the skin, but im pretty sure it wasnt as im really carefull! Well anyway she is trying to get it off, all my glue remover is at the salon or i would go to her now as im really worried about it:cry:. I have advised her to use oily make up remover or olive oil to loosen the bond, she says she has already tried this and it hasnt worked. I have no idea what to advise her and im really getting stressed about it! Ive never had this before, its really put me off doing lashes now, only strips from no on me thinks!!

Please let me know any other ideas she can use whilst at home?

Thanks for the reply!! Yes it does help:lol:! Shes has just txt me then to say her left eye has come off now so is no longer painful so am feeling better now, but she kept stating that the glue was on her eye lid which im usually really careful about! Learning curve i guess ill be even more careful next time!
