just Started Using Uv Gel, The Girl I Did It On Said They Keep Lifting Round The Cuticle, She's Using The Cuticle Oil So Im Confused Why This Keeps Happening, Can Anyone Give Me Help Or Advice, It Would Be Very Very Appreciate, Thanks
