Uv Lamp Advice

Hi girls.
Ok, so my boss has just bought a new uv lamp 36w after the last one fizzled, cracked and exploded basically - anywho she got a new one first time used yesterday but noticed that when did 1st layer clear with bio it came out the lamp bobbily and lumpy.. This has never happened before.
Please can someone advise me as to what to do I have today off as getting new carpets but have a full day tommozz with gel... :sad:
All the prep was done the same as normal but it just went weird. . HELP

Is the new lamp the correct one for the gel system your using as not all 36 watt UV lamps will fully cure all brands of gel correctly.
