Hello,
I'm fully qualified to do gel/acrylic nails from college when I qualified 5 years ago. Since then I havn't done any nail extensions. I would like to get back into it and am thinking of just doing gel overlays to start with as I know there are lots of good products out there so basically I would be adding non-chip nail varnish to my price list.

Anyone have any suggestions for a good UV lamp, the make??? and one thats not too expensive!

Thanks,
Emma

Yes ... the UV Lamp that goes with the system you choose to use.

Lamps and systems differ and you must above all make sure that the lamp you use fully cures the product you are using. Not all lamps cure every product.

In the articles section here on the site there is a good article about choosing the right UV lamp. I suggest you have a good look at that one.
