hi all

just bought a VF 21 lyte kit but was just wondering how to use it. i have only been trained in non uv acrylic and was just wondering how long you cure it for under the uv

Do you not think it would be best to have the appropriate training before buying a new kit?
There can be high incidences of sensitivity to UV acrylic systems. See if you can do a VF21 lyte conversion course, it'll only be one day and you'll learn all you need to know.

Sorry...but if you are training in L&P, why did you by a UV kit?
I think this is the same as everything in this business, when you buy a new system training on how to use it should be a requirement.

I would have thought some instruction would have come with it, is there a specific lamp? as not all UV lamps are the same and that is why curing times can differ from system to system and lamp to lamp.

Could you maybe update your profile with some helpful info on your training and experience...as it currently says you qualified in acrylic in September 2007!!!...........Did someone forget to wake me :lol:
