Vinylux and glitter?

I'm fairly new to manicures, trained as part of NVQ. This was my very first attemot at Vinylux and glitter.

Does the glitter not feel rough/catch on things? or is the two top costs sufficient to smooth it over?

It was when we first got vinylux in May so can't remember if did one or two coats but it wasn't rough at all. I do float the top coat fairly thick though.

At the CND Playstation, we were told to pat it on after about 6-7 minutes of applying Vinylux. I haven't tried it yet, though. Too busy with Vinylux and foils.
