Depends what you want to offer lovely? The strength just gives a lil added strength to healthy nails where as the recovery strengthens damaged nails HTHs x

I use the strength, haven't tried recovery, but I love it, I use it instead of a base coat now on all my clients and its lasts just as well, removal is also easier.

I use one coat on its own every few weeks to give my nails a rest from shellac and it's really good. Looks good, stays on and gives the same strength as when I have shellac on. I love it.
