Waxing ingrown hair on a client yesterday

i had a client in yesterday who had quite servere in grown hairs on her underarm area. found one hair though that bothered me but stll removed and not sure what it is as it did not look like a hair.

...

the bump was tunnel shape with two holes either end and when i removed what was inside was like a wet, soft brown/black bean shaped something. looked on google images not scabies or anything serious.

and ideas? did not alert client as did not want to panic her just that i'll would be in contact with a product to remove the ingrowing hairs

It's probably sebum. Like a blackhead. Gross, I know! But we waxers have to take these things in our stride :lol:

Oh i diffo love these lol i had a client with one of the same discription on her upper lip i thought it was a mole at first when i was doing her eyebrows .... ofcourse i got it out for her
