Hi could anyone give advice, two of my regular clients have regular leg waxing for the past 2 plus years, and have been complaining of itching after waxing, one itches immediately the other a few hours later. I have tried to find out if it is the pre and after wax that is reacting by not using either or none but does not seem to be. :hug::irked:

Have you reciently changed your products? Or if its the same product maby a new batch or formula?
Or could the clients have changed their washing powder or something? Maybe a new medication or something that they weren't taking before?

I would not say tight but one client can start to itch immediately, its only been over the last few months that this has occurred, I thought it may have been me changing pre and after wax products but I have reverted back to original and this does not seem to resolve the matter.
