Website already through Webs as a freebie and not bought domain name

so i have a free website thro webs.com & my website is The Healing and Beauty Hut
i havent bought this domain name so is this technically mine?
if i want to move to a different website provider/hoster (was thinking wix or 123 reg) can i transfer the address above so if people type in this old website above, will it automatically transfer them to a new website address?
