Oh hunnie I am so happy for you - though wish I was getting married again and going through your fun.

2 buts of advice people told me that I did and so pleased I did were - as you are walking down the aisle take mental photos - it was sound advice as a lot of other people on th erun up to my wedding got married and couldn't remember much about their ceremony due to nerves, etc - now I was sooooooo nervous but as I was walking down I purposley took nmental pictures and I can remember every detail

Second bit of advice was the use something that smells like a cream, etc that you don't usually use on the day as that smell will stay with you always and its true - a M&S cream I never ever used went well with my other smells on the day and now all I have to do is buy some and smell it and I instantly get taken back to my wedding day - its weird!

Oh and a bit of advice I was given which I wish I DIDN'T take was to have your wedding dress dry cleaned - I did this and for the love of god I regreted it and was in tears when I picked it up as the material had slighlty changed and it just wasn't MY dress anymore. Why I listened to the advice of gettign it cleaned I'll never know cause I wish I still had all the stains of the day still on it.
