Doing this hair colour for a client and was gonna use 5/71, 5/0 kp I've always used 6% but was thinking this would be better to use 4%
Am I right in thinking so?
I've got some strand pieces I'm going to do
But just thinking of best formula to achieve this.


She recently put a 5.5 colour all over her blonde.

6% will give you one level of lift. 4% will give permanent cover on the same level or darker

Scrap the 5/0. Try 5/77.
5/0 is only beneficial in this case if you're covering more than 50% White hair?

I'll give it a go thank you. I Want a nice rich colour but don't want to red. Haven't got CT at the moment only koleston to hand xx

Tried this it's covered but still feel it's not covering well could it be the 4% I've never really use 4% with kp

Colour touch would be your better option, koleston is designed to lift. If koleston is what you feel you need to use then use pastel.
