Hi

What does the 89 stand for?!

I am not trained in Wella and know this seems to be the best high lift tint... but I have no idea what the 89 is!

Thanks

Hi I use Wella and use 12/89 for hi lights which is great to subdue unwanted orangey tones. Looking through my notes /8 is pearl and /9 is cendre or soft voilet. Hope this helps:rolleyes:

yeah its a sort of ashy colour, very nice,, my favourite highlight actually as it is not too ash if that makes sense.... it has a lovely pearl effect x

thanks for clearing that up for me!!!!
