dry manicure (depending on how bad they are)
use a white sanding block to take shine off nails
remove dust
use acetone to dry out nails
apply and cut tips
use sanding block to remove shine off tip and nail plate
remove dust
apply brisa bond and allow to dry
apply gel and cure for 2 mins per coat
cleanse gel off and walla

am i doing anything wrong? any advice?

Hi ,I aint no gel expert, but when you applied the gel twice, did you build an upper arch at all for strength ?

I am not a gel tech I use L+p, but I can tell you that dehydrating the nail plate with acetone does not sound right to me hun,
This may dehydrate but is not cleaning the nail plate, nor offering any protection....

Who did you train with ?
This will help the Gel geeks to help you more....

Did you ask her what SHE did? It is often the client that is to blame. Is this what normally happens with your work? were they too long?

dry manicure (depending on how bad they are)Creative recommend using cuticle eraser or cuticle away as oppose to dry prep
use a white sanding block to take shine off nails
A white block cannot be sanitised you should use something like a koala (240 grit)
remove dust
use acetone to dry out nails You should be using Scrubfresh
apply and cut tips
use sanding block to remove shine off tip and nail plate
remove dustYou've already removed the shine from the nail plate but you should Scrubfresh the natural nail again
apply brisa bond and allow to dry
apply gel and cure for 2 mins per coat Are you doing a bonding layer ?
cleanse gel off and walla Sorry I do not understand 'walla'

am i doing anything wrong? any advice?

Were you not taught how to do this on your Brisa course ? maybe ring your educator and check or do a 121 - HTH

"cleanse gel off and walla Sorry I do not understand 'walla' "

I think she ment "Vola" as in the french for tada, I think I am sure to be corrected if I'm wrong but I agree with all your advice Adele
And christine I agree with Sassy you usually find the client wasn't taking proper care of them and I would think this is a likely reason if it isn't something that usually happens to your sets

Creative use Cuticle Away (Remover) and/or Eraser for prep prior to enhancements.

use a white sanding block to take shine off nails
A 240 (koala) is sufficient for removing the shine.

remove dust

use acetone to dry out nails
You should be (if you were Creative trained) be using Scrubfresh!
It's called dehydrating as opposed to drying out.

apply and cut tips

use sanding block to remove shine off tip and nail plate
You've already removed the shine once, you shouldn't be doing it more than that.
Any more than once and you're removing nail plate.

remove dust

apply brisa bond and allow to dry

apply gel and cure for 2 mins per coat
You should be applying a bonder layer of Brisa prior to the 'builder gel'.

cleanse gel off and walla
Then shape and refine before applying paint on white.

Yes, I believe you are!
From what you've said I really doubt that you've received the proper Creative training for working with Brisa gel which leads me to ask a couple of questions...

1. Who did you do your Brisa training with?
2. Where are you buying your products?
