What are the best nail files for natural nails?

I have been using CND kanga files but find they blunt really quickly and its taking me ages to file nails down and I keep getting flaky bits left under the nails! Can anyone suggest better files for natural nails please? Thanks

How odd. I've been using Kangas since I started and found they last ages.

My tutor at Creative used 240 grit files you can buy at Sally's. They're individually wrapped and very nice to use too.

Black cushion boards from NSI are 240 grit one side, 180 the other.
