Hi All,

Im looking into changing the brand of my tips that I currently use. I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction of which natural look and white tips to purchase.

Thanks in advance to those who reply!

I use NSI's new express tips, they don't require any filing and they have lovely deep smile lines (but they can be shortened easily for a more natural look).

They are also super thin so they don't add unneccesary bulk to your nails.

I know others on here use the CND performance tips i've personally not tried these but i hear they are good x

Pro impression tips for me, they dont need any filing either, you have the choice of the natural smile lines or the deep smile lines..they come in clear, natural and white...xxxx

I use CND Velocity and Performance tips both are great to use

Ive just started to use the Pro Impression tips aswell, ive got the Natural ones and have the French ones on order. I heard alot of good things about these thats why i went with these.

what tips are you currently using....? and why do you want to change...?

Well rather than saying ... I like them ... I'll tell you why it is CND Performance Tips all the way for me.

The natural tip colour looks completely natural
The white looks a classy white and is the same as CND white powder for on-going rebalancing and keeping the look going.
NO blending at all
Will fit ANY nail shape
Made of a new thin material which is durable yet tough, and flexible.

I've wanted to use CND tips for ages, but the salon i worked at used Beautiful nails and then FSUK ones, and i had loads left over once ii left there. But on hearing more about them i'm even more keen to use them seen as i've done the conversion course and have everything else of CND.
I did like the pearl tips beautiful nails did though as they weren't as bright as white, but sparkled a tiny bit so were prettier than just natural ones. Haven't found anyone else that do these as yet. My older clients love these the most as many feel they are too old for harsh white. (they are 55+) Not that i think your ever too old for white tips really.

I have tried some Velocity tips as my geek friends recommended them, they are certainly making a long job a lot quicker!
Great quality also :)

CND have so many powder options for doing 'whites', that having all sorts of different tips is really not necessary. There is the white and soft white, the natural, the powders with a subtle sparkle in them etc etc.

Using different powder options to get the look you want is allot LESS expensive than buying loads of boxes and refills of different tips.

As for your last comment ... oh yes, I think there are plenty of hands out there that are way to old to wear Permanent French. It often does not enhance the look of the hands it draws unnecessary attention to hands that can look old. A pretty colour of enamel can actually give hands a much softer and younger appearance. I've prooved it in many a photograph.

I've recently tried pro impressions tips and I find them extremely good. I have mostly used performance tips, though. Of the two brands, CND Performance wins in the natural colour. They really do look like your own. :)
