Hi Geeks!

Were always talking about what treatments our clients love. But i thought it would be interesting to find out what treatments YOU love to have.

Anything from Hair, Beauty and Nails - If nails what kind of nail treatment.

Myself I love having my hair coloured and cut as i get excited and feel so 'new' every time i have my hair done.

I would have usually said spray tanning but its so damn cold so not too enjoyable.

So how about you?

To be honest i don't get much time to have many treats...and cant really afford it. But i was lucky enough to have a Crystal Clear Facial last year and it was amazing.

I like having my hair done..always gives me a boost.

Love having my nails nice but its a chore doing them on yourself when you have been doing them on others all week.

If i could i think a massage or a Decleor facial (love the smell and feel of the oils) once a month would be my ideal luxury.

As a Decleor geek, like Bagpuss my dream treatment would be a monthly Decleor facial!

Ive never heard of Decleor facial, what does it consist of and do etc?
Sounds nice! Never had a facial would love to have one

You have never heard of Decleor:eek:...it is a truly sensorial journey that whisks you away with the smells of neroli, lavender, jasmine, damask rose, ylang ylang, combined with the poerful touch and using oshibori towels, native to the orient,to welcome, stimulate and uplift the senses....oh,it gives great results too.....:green:

I regularly have massages and reflexology from my husband who is a trained therapist as well...he is my mentor in massage:hug:

There are lots of different ones, but the Aromaplasty (which is the classic facial), consists of back massage, cleanse, deep cleanse, exfoliation with enzyme peel, pressure point massage with aromessences, drainage massage with aromatic balms, an eye & face masque is applied, then a warm seed poultice over that whilst a hand & arm massage is carried out with oils, then hot towels remove the masque before eye cream & moisturiser is applied. It is heavenly & the products sublime!

One of my clients once said having an Aromaplasty facial with me gives her the same relaxation as a whole day in a spa!

Decleor is a brand...Martin would give you all the technical stuff but all i know is my skin feels amazing afterwards and my whole body is relaxed...they smell out of this world but i am sure the ingredients are far more amazing than just the smell.

I used to use it all the time but couldn't afford it anymore....then i found a old pot with a little left in in a bathroom cupboard and it was like finding an old friend.

I have my hair cut and coloured every 6 weeks religiously. (GOT to hide that grey!)

I don't often have treatments myself but when I do it is always a facial. Funnily enough the last 3 were Decleor facials too.

I have to say getting my hair done is a chore for me:eek:....so i had the chop now and just love it now it is a pixie crop, and i feel sexier with short hair...lol

Rich is finding grey in his hair and wants to die it,but i love the salt and pepper look on a man...

Thanks for informing me ! Sounds lovely might have to treat myself i need it! xx

I think Martin and i should join together and become RBM's:lol:

I must admit i do enjoy the massage i get from my hairdressers when applying the conditioner...trouble is they never do it for long enough...

Agreed! Decleor is a pet obsession of mine, now I must get to the bathroom & smother on my balm essential!!!

My favourite thing to get done is a facial. It is so pampering and relaxing!!

2nd to that is getting my nails done (by me) and hair done by my neighbour who is a hairdresser :)

Goodness, you explain that well, I felt relaxed just reading that, lol!

For me, a monthly facial is my must! I love them! I do also try to have a pedi once a month, time allowing!

my treat has got to be a cut and blow dry now that my hair is shorter again...oh it is bliss to be pampered!

if i could afford it i would have it done twice a week...

i would love a facial but my skin is so sensitive, that it reacts to even being breathed on lol.

I use to like just back massages but I now never get the time to be honest. Someone brought me a back treatment from Clarins for my birthday and when I did eventually get round to booking it, I was so tense during the treatment and could not stop thinking about what I should be doing instead that I ended up with a stiff neck and a thumping headache.

I wonder if people within the beauty industry have the least treatments of all??

I also love getting reiki done... and I find I go in tense and completely wound up... but am so relaxed by the end that I want more and more. Isn't it interesting what state of mind we 'prefer' to be in, but rarely are :)

I Have to agree getting my hair coloured is the best! and, like Pure, have to cover the grey! getting my hair done always relaxes me
