What kind of nail art paint do you use?

I'm looking to get better at it but the paint I use just isn't good for fine lines and detailing. Maybe a smoother paint? Or some tips? Videos?

I was always led to believe that you can only really use acrylic paints, as I thought other types would smudge/dissolve once top coat/gel is applied over the top. But I just recently tried regular watercolour paints and they work wonderfully too!! Now I have a use for all my watercolour paint sets!
