What makes you nostalgic?

The april showers song of bambi thats now on an advert at the mo makes me fill up - i think because the film represents a beautiful innocence that is gone forever - along with watership down ' bright eyes' and the chariots of fire music makes me think of my dog running.

So for me - its films and music - with a sad happy feeling.

Seeing this has made me extremely nostalgic now....getting down on the sofa on a friday evening with my grandmother after the 9 o clock news with a hot chocolate....will remain forever in my heart....and those who know me know the sad person i am that is is and will always be my first love....not forgettinh hubby though....:lol:
