What percentages of your overall spend went where?

Hi!

Im trying to calculate how much of my budget I 'should' be spending on each area, yet keep getting in a mess as I appear to totally over spending on the fixtures and fittings. Can anyone remember roughly what %ages they allowed for each area-eg, doing the salon up incl fixtures and fittings, salon equipment, stock, legal fees etc etc?
