Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone can help me....

I have been working in the nail industry for about 4 yrs now, and i love it, but just wondered what different options I have? I have always worked in a salon, and am finding it now challenging enough. I have started doing private clients mobile, and am enjoying this much more

Just wondered what opportunities for example in teaching etc I could progress on to next?

Any thoughts or ideas would be fantastic! thanks

You could look into doing a teaching course at your local college and once you have that under your belt take that avenue further. You could also approach major companies and find out if they have opportunities for you.

i owned my own salon in southa frica for yrs then moved to uk got mobile i get TOP clients rich ladies no chav types by going mobile, you wont believe how some ppl live the really exclusive ladies prefer ppl coming to their homes, i charge almost doube the salon prices but that cos i consider myself good and also use nsi acrylics calgel gels, both in my opinion the best.
I also only do certian area. i get lots calls from north london which i do not do it just too far out my area so if you there then you make a bundle.
dont worry about competition most ppl perfer an english person to the thai salons who dont speak english and use drills who mess up their natural nails.
Also they double pay is better cos you have your travel added time too.

but it is dicey starting cos taked while to build up client base, so stick your day job then do week ends mobile and build from there also offer discounts say if you bring friendi do u free pedi it all adds up.
