Where is the best place to find staff?

I am looking for a qualified beautician, or potentially partly qualified for holiday relief/part time hours, where should I look for them?
Should I try the local college?
Interested in where you have found staff?

If you go on holiday during the school holidays I would definitely try the local college, particularly for the teachers, the first salon I worked in had my tutor from college cover the owners holiday which was brilliant as I loved her! Lol x
