Hi Geeks

Could you all give me your advise / opinion

I use GHD's to straighten my hair - not everyday as I dont want to wreck it!

Anyway I was using GHD protection spray but im just about to run out, what spray do u recommend do I need to spend alot of money to get the GHD spray or will a cheaper alternative be ok??

I have coloured hair - is a little dry from colouring but not majorly

Thanks!

Hiya

I use Tresemme Iron Style and Hold spray about £4.00, another good one is Design line Frizz Free Serum to use when drying your hair - about £10.00 but lasts for ages!

I use the Tigi S Factor Heat Defender Flat Iron spray.

i too have ghds so i do use there heat protection spray.i paid £10 for mine but i like it and its lasts ages so i dont mind buying it.

I use a product called Flat as a Pancake, I have no clue who it is made by, but it comes in a super huge can and my Brother bought it for me from a Hairdressers in London that stock TIGI stuff, it hasnt got their logo on though!

Its fab stuff, smells like fruit and it leaves my hair so silky soft!

make sure you read to what temperature the heat protector spray will protect the hair, as alot of high street products dont actually tell you......
