White blonde help!

I have a client who currently uses L'Oreal box dye Infinia 10.21 Stockholm.

She wants to be white/silver blonde similar to the attached picture.

I use L'Oreal colour, and I am thinking that I will need to bleach and toner.

Please can anyone advise on the colours that they would use!

You'll need to strand test first that box could contain metallic salts, I turned someone blonde neon orange recently because I diddnt test it stupid box dyes should be banned!!
