Hi guys I had a new customer yesterday whom had L&P free form sculpts, when I looked at her hands they looked like they had white nail varnish on them they were that white, i asked her have you got enamel on. Her slight free edge was not white, so was it the bed that was this colour or her nail plate? could it be Leukonychia?(defo not pseudoleukonychia) as her nail plate was in good condition and not dehydrated or brittle.

She is 7 months pregneant, and has had enhancments on for over 8yrs this being only time removed (over 6weeks ago though?) I if it was leukonychia, does it need treating? how? I have looked in some books but can not see much on treatment.

Thanks geeks xx

If she has had enhancements on for EVER and not necessarily been having good products used or done by a good technician (over use of primer or drills or bad removal etc), then I would say it is more surface dehydration of the plate and certainly not leukonychia.

Solar Oil as often as she can and avoid dehydrating further by using her hands in hot water (best wear rubber gloves).
