White tips and acrylic

hi,
Is it ok to use L&P over white tips please.
I've never used these but think they'd work well for my next client for numerous reasons but want to do them with acrylic as i think they'd be easier for her to remove- I'll not see her to do this.
I've used the tips with gel but was just checking.
i presume you just use pink all over - this doesn't discolour the tip as it's not porous?

Its fine to put L&P over a white tip just treat it like any other tip.
Some people use them to help perfect their smile lines by following the tips smile line.
