Worse nail condition eva! Ideas?

Ok, Ive completely ruined my nails... for whateva reason and hardly have any nail bed at all. Im a nail bitter and have been wearing gel nails on and off for years. I keep putting them on even though i know i should have kept them off and let my nails rtn part normal after using an unreputable salon (that was before i was taught by Creative). Rings of fire and flackyness, weakness....

what are your best products for growing out your own natural nails from this state and what manicure method would you use?

leave the gel off and lashings of solar oil daily. And no biting its going to be a hard slog but determination will help you through. Good luck x x
