Interestingly he was a no show in December !
I wrote and said come along, pop your head in for a chat... but he never did.
So there you go! Never got to find out.
So Im back to square one of having to hire people with potential , train them up to when they are good enough, watch with pride as they bloom, then they reduce their hours and then leave to branch out on their own.....sigh..
 
Oh dear, all that stress, and then he does a 'no-show '. Was beginning to wonder what had happened. Hope you get someone soon. x
 
Personally I would hire him, because he does things different to yourself. He's good with l&p you can teach him about gel and shellac. I think it would be a good adventure and like others have said maybe he can bring in a different clientele for you too.
