Ok, you need to work into your plans that the village may not (will not) support another salon building, you'll need a change of use planning application to a1 for the building i can almost guarantee it'll be challenged, it may not be allowed.

Id go in as wanting to rent it as a residential home and set up in the outhouse and build up clientel & business first.

(I have a shop at the other end of the street, have you ever seen Hot Fuzz? )

Yessss I think we'd spoken before about property in the village haha. The building has been A1 before so it should be ok...I got this haha
